Houndie offers free shipping on all Australian orders over the value of $100. On all  Australian orders under $100, we offer a flat rate of $10 for regular shipping or a flat rate of $20 for express shipping. 

We know we have fans from all around the world, and we appreciate your love and support. However, at this time, we don't offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our reach and bringing our bowls to doggos everywhere! If you have any queries, reach out to us on info@houndie.com.au!

Order Processing Time

All orders placed are processed within 2-4 business days. 

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery timeframes are a guideline based on estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. We use third party couriers and have no oversight as to their capacity at time of purchase. 

Once dispatched, regular please allow 7 business days for your order to arrive. For express, allow 3 business days for your order to arrive from dispatch date.

Houndie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier networks. Houndie does not guarantee delivery by customer requested dates or those estimated time of arrival as supplied by third party Couriers.
