Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any queries about your order, please email info@houndie.com.au and we'll be happy to assist you. 

Returns

We want you to get your paws on the best. To make that happen, we check every product before wrapping it with care for the post person to lovingly fetch it for you. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact info@houndie.com.au including a description and photos of the damage, within 14 days of arrival.

The products and packaging must be returned in their original condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the product. Once a return and inspected, if appropriate, a refund will be issued within 48hrs to the same payment method used for payment, If a fault or damaged product is returned in an unused condition we will happily replace the product.
