Are the dog bowls dishwasher/microwave safe?

They sure are! 

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate fee of $10 for regular shipping or $20 for express shipping.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across Australia. We have big dreams and are looking at expanding overseas. If you want us to ship somewhere specific in the future, reach out at info@houndie.com.au.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

As a small business, we cannot at this stage accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We're pretty sure you'll fall in love once you see our cute bowls in their new homes. 

What if my product arrives damaged?

We wrap our orders gooooood, so in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please email info@houndie.com.au and we'll work to resolve it. Please provide clear pictures showing the damaged product and packaging. 

Packaging

We want to call out the elephant in the room..the plastic bubble wrap packaging. Houndie is committed to being a sustainable brand that puts its efforts into minimising our impact on this earth. To do that, Houndie is currently reusing the packaging from our manufacturers as a way to reduce waste. We are working to ensure our future has more sustainable packaging options, and if you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear from you on info@houndie.com.au!
